Gary A Richard

Gary was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1989. Gary has practised personal injury law since his admission to the bar and has assisted many clients in securing compensation for injuries and disability insurance benefits, both from government sources (CPP) and from private insurers. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and is Vice Chair of the ADR/Civil Litigation section of the Canadian Bar Association of Nova Scotia. He has appeared as counsel in all levels of courts in Nova Scotia, as well as in the Federal Court. He has also appeared before many different tribunals seeking compensation and other remedies for his clients.
